I really miss the workflow within Turkish culture: how people can work a long 10 hour day, but take breaks to have tea multiple times, chat with friends along the way to errands, and enjoy conversation with customers. I’ve found myself creating this experience. Efficiency isn’t really a priority - at least not over a connection with another person.
