Photographed on Burgazada (“Fortress Island”) in Istanbul. Wandering our way up a steep hill, we were in search of an old church on the island. With only 30 minutes before the last ferry would leave, it was a swift hike, but I was consistently trailing behind pausing to take images through the ivy-covered fences. This was my favorite of the set.
